Many users, including myself, have relied on PayPal to settle HECO bills, as it provided a convenient way to use credit cards without incurring additional fees. However, this month, I noticed that the PayPal payment option seems to be missing. I’ve searched for information on HECO’s website, but I can’t find any guidance on this change. Has anyone else encountered this issue or found an updated link?
I was using Paypal to pay my HECO bill because it allowed me to use a credit card without having to pay the credit card fee. This month, I can't find the option. Does anyone know if they eliminated it? I've been searching around for the link (HECO used to have a guide on their website), but I don't see it.
