Mililani Cemetery Road
Our take
Mililani Cemetery Road has reached a critical state, with potholes so extensive that navigating the route requires veering off the road entirely. Despite multiple outreach efforts to Mililani Mortuary and Memorial Park, the issue remains unresolved after decades of neglect. Many community members, like myself, are frustrated by the deteriorating conditions and are eager for action. It’s time to advocate for a comprehensive repaving of the road to ensure safe and respectful access to this important site. What steps can we take to instigate change?
Had to go to visit this last week. The road was bad. But it is even worse now. Had to actually go off the road to get around very large and extensive potholes. How can we get the entirety of the road to be replaced/repaved? I have reached out to the Mililani Mortuary and memorial park multiple times and they all acknowledge the issue. However nothing has been done for decades.
