90s avant-guarde/punk vintage brands

I'm really into the use of prints, mesh, and color from the 90s and 00s. Also the use of structural fabrics, pleating, etc. I like longer silhouettes (no crop omg). This leads to my obsession with 90s and early 00s brands like:

I like to shop for vintage on ebay and I find so much cool stuff but the problem is I don't have a million bucks to spend. Are there any other brands I should be looking for? That maybe don't have much hype or aren't designer. If you can't think of any are there any brands/designers that do match my vibe and can be added to my dream list?
