Ranaco Atelier Bad Experience. Plese avoid!
For months, I’ve been trying to get a return processed for two items that were sent back by Ranaco. The parcel initially landed at a pickup store and I wasn’t able to collect it. The return was organized by Ranaco, not by me, and the pieces were sent back accordingly.
Since September 2025, I’ve only received postponed replies and no clear resolution. At this point, I’ve paid over €200 for products I never received.
I love the brand and aesthetic, which makes this even more frustrating. That’s exactly why I don’t understand how a situation like this can be handled with so little accountability and how they can treat their clients like this.
