Losing hope, can anyone create this dress for me?

I have approached almost every custom dress listing on Etsy and they have all turned me down due to being unable to source the right fabric of being unable to accomplish the beading.

I am madly in love with this dress, it is no longer in circulation , I believe it was la cache couture from the 2000s or earlier. my budget is €700 but it can definitely be negotiated higher, please if you can make this dress, give me your price. The information I have about the fabric is that it was silk chiffon but I’m happy with just regular chiffon if it’s good quality and feels nice. The floral pattern doesn’t exist but I care about the colour more than the flowers, apparently the colour itself is already rare 🫩 I’m fine going’s with a different floral pattern as long as it’s similar, but I really love this exact colour. I have no photos of the back but I’m happy to trust whatever would be most flattering as long as it’s not super backless.

This is my dream dress and I want to wear it annually for the decade of my 20s birthdays, maybe annually forever. It’s so beautiful beyond’s my dreams.
