How to create a "concatenate" data validation

Hi all!

I have a table in which my columns are something like:

Regione Città Provincia Provincia Nome CAP
Abruzzo Abbateggio PE Pescara 65020
Abruzzo Acciano AQ L'Aquila 67020
Abruzzo Aielli AQ L'Aquila 67041
Abruzzo Alanno PE Pescara 65020
Abruzzo Alba Adriatica TE Teramo 64011
Abruzzo Alfedena AQ L'Aquila 67030
Abruzzo Altino CH Chieti 66040

The "Regione" columns contains all Regions, for each Region I can have different "Città" (cities), for each "Città" I'll have one "Provincia", "Provincia Nome" and "CAP".

What I want to do is something in which i can select from a list the Region (from one of the possibile region in the origin table) then in the "città" column the list would show me ONLY the ones relatives withe the "Regione" i picked in the first column, the "Provincia", "Provincia Nome", "CAP" the ones related to that "Città".

How can i do that?

I tried using filter, IF condition but... it's not working as I was expecting
