skin prep/makeup products for dehydrated skin

hi all!

i used to think that i had dry skin because my face would get super tight after a shower, but i recently learned this means my skin is dehydrated! which explains my next point: my makeup gets super oily after a few hours. i’ve learned that this is probably because my dehydrated skin is trying to produce oil under my makeup.

i need tips.
