How can I make this outfit better

Hi I’ve never posted on here before so I apologize if I’m doing it incorrectly but I bought this outfit & am looking for how I can style it more, what accessories I could add to make it better, I was thinking maybe black tights under the skirt? I dont know I don’t have a set style & am trying to find it so any advice would be appreciated:)
