I travel often for work and love local food. My next locations are DC, Vegas, and Nashville!

I travel at least 2 trips a month and love local food. I feel as if a local bite tells a ton about the culture of the area and the people who live there. I have been to 48 states and serval countries so I love to ask, what are local places to eat for my next visits in DC, Las Vegas (off the strip and not old Vegas), and Nashville. I will have a car and can be mobile for every location so within an hour for each location would be awesome. I cannot eat shellfish but am willing to try anything besides that! Let me know if it has great food, drinks, atmosphere, games, or all the above! :)
