How do you Isolate Lead Digits as a Formula and then remove leading zeros?

Hi All, I usually can scour the internet for solutions, but haven't been able to figure out if nesting formulas in this case is possible.

Is there a way to isolate the leading digits from a cell with both numbers and text and then have a formula remove the lead zero(s)?

The BOLD is the solution, but I can't find a formula that can get me there aside from one or both of the options above having to be manual.
