Cant't use macros on some old excel program made for win 7

Hi, before anything i want to clarify that the excel sheet that im trying to use is in spanish.

The sheet makes use of macros to modify some values and simulate the action potential of a neuron, i have tried to interact with the macros on the sheet and haven't been able to, some of my friends and myself need that specific sheet for some school projects (teacher wont let us use other simulator kek).

I'm using Windows 11 x64 and i've tried:

- Using older versions of office (i think 2003 was the oldest)

- Using 32 bit version of excel, along with the older versions.

- I've allowed macros on the file and new ones i download to test

- Allowed all macros from the excel menu thingy.

I was going to try and install the virtualbox for Windows 7 and try that, but i have no idea on if it would work.
