lip filler migration

hi! my filler NEVER lasts. I went to a med spa to get a consult and they said it has migrated (inwards toward my mouth, not outwards toward my face). I've gotten filler many times and it never lasts. she said that the new filler has pushed the old filler behind my lips??

what do I do? are there any options? how can I have full lips that last : (
