Philippines - My trip in Sept/Oct 2025

(I just found this forum but these pictures are from my last major trip late last year)

These are mostly pictures in Calamba Laguna, just south of Manila. But also, Pansol, Los Banos, Santo Tomas, Laguna de Bay and Mt. Makiling.

I have visited here every year for the last three years so I've become familiar with the area, and I've learned how to get around there. It has been an incredible experience because, life here is a mixture of things very familiar and also things very foreign from my life in California. For example, English is widely known and most signs are in English, but there are many customs and things here I've never seen back home.

This trip was two months long and was mostly traveling to everyday places and just day to day life.

I also visited some hiking trails/roads near Mt. Makiling and malls like SM Calamba and SM Sto. Tomas.
