Has anyone here used The Miles Market before? Legit or risky?

I’ve been looking into The Miles Market for buying airline miles (Etihad specifically), and I wanted to see if anyone here has actually used them before.

How was your experience? Did everything go through smoothly? Any issues with your airline account or tickets after booking?

I’m considering using it for a pretty big redemption, so just trying to understand if it’s legit and worth the risk or not.
