Wedding guest dress (no dress code)

Hey ladies, I bought this dress for an upcoming wedding I'm not so sure about how it looks tho. I like tight clothes but regret buying them the second I put them on. Is it a keep or return?

(If you're asking yourself why it looks so cheap it's because it is.I'll wear it just a few times and there's no reason to spend so much on a dress for me.)
