Forgot drone in flight (Easy jet), what else I can do?

Hi all

I landed in Greece from London Gatwick today(24th april 4AM). I kept my drone bag under the seat in front of me as the cabin crew usually suggests to keep small bags there. While getting off it was early morning, my bad luck I forgot my drone bag in the flight.

I realised after immigration and I went to the lost property desk and they contacted the airline but they said there’s nothing. When I got off there was no one in-front and in my seat only me and my wife were there, so there’s no way it could’ve been picked up by someone.

My doubt is they didn’t even check as it was ready to depart back to Gatwick. He said contact easy jet and London Gatwick and tell them the return flight from Greece to Gatwick and if it’s there it’ll be given there.

I already mailed easy jet customer care as the call won’t connect. How do I approach this and get my stuff back? I have my memory card in which I have all memories mainly. I am feeling extremely awful, but can anyone help me if anyone faced such situation.

Thanks
